Catalina 36 Mark 1 for sale - great first boat

Price: $45,000
Location: Guilford, CT

Our 36' Catalina has been a fantastic first boat for us. A great cruise boat for a couple learning the ropes, we have taken it around Long Island Sound for the past 6 years (we're moving up to a larger Catalina).

Comes with furling jib, mainsail with jack lines, 2 Danforth anchors, Universal 23hp diesel, and 4 winches. Standard amenities for this model include the 12v fridge/freezer, sink and storage, manual head and shower, and 2 burner stove and propane (upgraded in 2019).

We have added autopilot and new B&G instruments and GPS, upgraded the cabin lighting to LED, added two bow cleats to make it easier to moor, new hot water heater, radio and convenient USB plugs. She is in the water and ready for a sea trial.
