We have a 2000 Catalina 36 MK2 in excellent condition with lots of extras (davits, solar panel, AC, Dutchman ,windlass, on & on) located in Deltaville , VA. Super clean. Fresh water only. Asking $78,000. Recent survey valued the boat at $88,000.

Not in the Florida area but we have a 36 Mark II in excellent condition in CT and we are motivated to sell. We purchased another boat in Florida and sailed her up to CT in July. Listing with a broker next week. I can send you additional info.

It is nice outside -but no interior pics and pricy for a 34 that's 27yo with original engine. Plus the arch looks awkward being about 4 ft higher than need be.Thanks

Sorry. After spending a lot of time in Florida I think of the Chesapeake Bay (especially around Annapolis) as being fresh water, but of course it's not, it is an estuary, or mix of fresh and salt. Our boat has only lived in the upper Chesapeake around Annapolis until recently, when we brought it to Deltaville.
It is currently winterized and on the hard in Deltaville. It is in excellent condition.

I have a 1985 36 mki. It’s at anchorage marina in Baltimore md. It has 1280 hrs on original engine. All original. Runs and shifts perfect. It’s fin keel so 5ft 8 inch draft. 54ft 6 air draft. Great boat. Lots new in 2019 including autopilot, batteries, head, etc. gonna haul real soon for bottom job. If interested, text me at 304 542 0843. Right now 27k firm will buy it. I can deliver in the spring for a little more. This boat is not advertised for sale. Was gonn a do bottom then ask 32k. We have outgrown it and are looking for something bigger
