The aft cabin berth has been enlarged and a custom deluxe 6 inch thick very comfortable mattress installed.

Dinghy is a recent Zodiac 'WAVE' aluminum floor model 10'-2" with a Tohatsu 6hp 4 stroke OB.

Boat has a "Storm Trysail" sail for use in heavy weather. It is kept in bag until use is required. Main is lowered and secured-then storm trysail is hoisted on a separate track which is mounted on mast and tack secured to end of boom.

The Maxwell 1200 windlass was rebuilt with new seals and deck switch contacts this year. Works very well.

No -it is a excellent match for the yacht.

Why don't you drop 10k off the price? Brokers commission,just a thought. You have had this vessel for sale for quite sometime. Maybe you are unrealistic in your percieved value? Good Luck!

Thanks for the advice. I put 46k into it these past 2 years to get her into puuurrfect condition. It is one of the very few bluewater shallow draft center cockpit aft cabin sailing yachts in this size available. Price reduced to 99k.
