Re: BEST SAILING ARRANGEMENT IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

Please be advised that the Joint (Half) Month Shares of January and May have been sold. The sailing period between November and July inclusive is currently privately held by the membership group.

The only time remaining are the full or half shares of August / September / October beginning in 2018. Since they are not useable this year, due to a major hull project, there will be no fees owed until 2018.

Current owners get first right of refusal as privately owned shares become available. George

UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE

The 19 year owner of the undivided sailing month of March has just decided to put their month up for sale for $5000 for the full share, resalable upon leaving the group, plus $2400 annual sailing fee, which will not be owed until 2018 as the 2017 March sailing period is behind us. This offer becomes effective Tuesday, March 16, as the current membership has first right of refusal until then. PM / Text 3zero7-2five6-66five0 George

Re: BEST SAILING ARRANGEMENT IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE
Please be advised that the sailing month of March has been sold. The sailing months remaining are AUGUST / SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER, at $5000 for a full share and $2500 for a Joint (Half) share. Since the boat is scheduled for major hull work this fall, these months are not available for sailing until 2018. They can be purchased now to lock in a position, but no sailing fees will be owed until January 1, 2018.

The winds are typically softer during these months and stronger during the winter.

Current owners have first right of refusal as shares come onto the market!

While hurricanes are a concern, with the current satellite weather forecasting, notice of a week to 10 days is commonplace, while homeport is 4 hours away.
