S/V "Island Dreams", a 1994
Beneteau 445 is
for sale. She is currently located
on the hard at Shelter Bay Marina in Colon,
Panama.
The 445 is similar to the 440, but has 3 heads and 3 staterooms. One
head is currently being used for
storage.The
boat holds 50 gallons of
diesel and 200 gallons of fresh
water. There is a 50 hp
Yanmar diesel motor, 1500 watt
Lofrans anchor windlass, 150' chain and a Brice
anchor. There is a
furling jib, and Doyle main with a Doyle Stackpack
cradle cover and a spare working
jib. The
boat has new
batteries and almost new
bimini, a 11' AB
dinghy with a 15 hp Suzuki
outboard, a
Raymarine autopilot, Engel fridge and Engel
Freezer, Force 10 cook
stove, 500 watts of
solar power, a Kiss
wind generator, and much more. the
galley is well equipped and there is lots of bedding, snorkel
gear, a sit on
