43 foot Bruce Roberts

Do to disabling back injury my sailing desire has ended , so i have to sell or trade my 1995 43 foot steel hull center cock pit ketch after a complete re-fit , of the whole boat ,every thing new ..sails, heads, a 4 cyl Peugeot, kohler 3.5 generator, eco- tec water maker , a march pump replaced the generator impeller , 3 burner and oven stove , h/c water, 250 gallon diesel , 100 gallons of water..a recent survey in March 2019 with many more recommendations from the surveyor done ..the boat currently is in the water in Grenada, and i am asking $60,000. Why is there ALWAYS someone who feels they must make a demeaning offer that does not fit the item under discussion. (why would anyone invest $100K in a refit and then turn around and sell their boat for $5K, presumably Hopkins could remove the new Peugeot diesel and sell it for well more than that)

like lots of other people who can not read ,,that 5k was some bodies meek offer.my asking price is $60,000.usd...i did not put $100.k into the boat the previous owner did.

Not to disagree but many responses on other threads tell people to lowball the asking price
