37’ Patten pipedream. Only 4 ever built and 3 remain. I’ve had a lot of work done on her, new engine installed, Dickenson oven, head, rudder being rebuilt and bottom peeled and laid back up. She still needs a lot, mostly woodwork, paint job. Sails are excellent, rig is good. New sail cover and extra fabric for extras. Tons of spares and parts go with her. I work on boats most of the year and just don’t have time to finish her, it’s time to get her in someone’s hands that can finish what’s been started. No I won’t ship her, no scammers.
