36' Californian Trawler - $25,000

Our 1982 36 foot Californian Trawler is for sale. I took a job in Oregon so sadly she must go to a new home. My family and I cruised on her for 2 summers. She is a great liveaboard but like any older boat she needs some maintenance. I will list recommended repairs/maintenance at the bottom of the post.

LOA:36'4"
Beam:13'4"
Draft: 3'6"
Displacement: 28,000 lbs
Engines: Twin Caterpillar 3208s with twin turbos (260hp each)
Hours:1100
Transmission: Twin disk MG502RH
Generator: 5kw Onan
Hours: 450

Down galley design with:
-two burner propane stove
-newer half fridge
-original cold plate fridge (still works)
-ample storage

Interior:
-two heads with showers
-one master aft cabin with closet
-one half v-berth with storage underneath
-pull out settee in saloon
-two ceiling vents
-pergo teak floor throughout

Exterior:
-two biminis
-swim platform with ladder
-external snap on window shades
-3 anchors with ample rode and chain (2 danforth and 1 plow)
-water level cockpit behind aft cabin
-lots of outside living space

Electronics:
-2 vhfs
-lowrance elite 5 combo
-flybridge marine head unit with two speakers
-remote spotlight
-digital depth sounder
-two bilge pumps
-RV roof AC (mounted under the flybridge seat, stays cold in the hottest temps)

Recently completed work:
-starboard water pump replaced
-starboard belts replaced
-port toerail stripped, sanded, and varnished
-new kitchen port window installed (another new spare with boat)
-replace bilge pumps
-new 12" foam mattress for master
-new 8" foam mattress for V berth

La Barca is a documented vessel currently insured at $51,000. She needs work but is ready to cruise today.

I was wondering what sort of range you can get with fuel tanks topped off?
