2020 Lagoon 450s For Sale - Soon
Hello Cruisers,
I'm about to get serious about selling our 2020 Lagoon 450s which we bought in Europe this past summer and have been living on ever since. We crossed the Atlantic as a family, and will be back in the USA this summer.
She's not quite for sale yet, I'm looking to gather a sense of the market, is anyone looking for a Lagoon 450s? I figure its a popular design being the S version, but really don't know. Has anyone purchased one recently, or is anyone looking?
This is an almost brand new boat, and will have had all of the punch list completed, everything is broken in but nothing broken! Unlike most new boats, we had virtually no functional punch list.
She has just about everything a cruiser may want, owners version, water maker, washer/dryer, code 0, microwave, second 12 inch B&G screen with remote auto, full canvas, generator, tri color mast light, folding props, 57 hp, spares for most everything including a few halyards, Highfield dinghy w/20hp engine, and she's pristine.
We've been sailing, and wonder if anyone would like some information on a boat like this?
We have a survey from the week we bought her (we jumped on her and crossed an ocean so we doubled down on checking her out), plus lots of pics sorry I don't have great pics for today on my CPU I realize these are very general.
If there is interest, I'll add more appropriate pics.
Thanks to all.
Please let us know if there is interest in the 725K range.

The guidelines say that all ads must include the asking price in the title, can you add that?

Re: 2020 Lagoon 450s For Sale - Soon
Good afternoon, I am actively looking to purchase a yacht having recently retired and pursuing the dream. I looked at Fountaine Pajots, Catanas, and Lagoons. The Lagoons I looked at were Owners version 40 and 42. The 45 may be a little more than I need but if the price is right, I may consider it now that it will be in the Caribbean. I like the fact that you are the original owners. Covid 19 has slowed my buying schedule but I hope to be vaccinated soon and purchase a yacht.

I am actively looking for a used 450 but my budget is not up to what you probably want to get for her. PM if you would be interested in owner financing a portion of it.

Re: 2020 Lagoon 450s For Sale - Soon
very nice. We are looking for a catamaran in the 45'-55' range for our non-profit Christian project, HopeOfJoe.com. And I do like the 45s. Have watched the YouTube video. Nice job on the video.
.
What else can you tell us? When are we able to look at her in person? I'm in Jacksonville Florida.
.
Thanks. Richard Chassé

sounds like a fishing expedition to get the best price. . . not sure why people cant follow the guidelines for posting for sale ads without the price.

I think he’s already put his asking price (725k) in the OP, don’t understand why people can’t see it.
As to the location, he said US East coast in a subsequent thread, it’s pretty general I know but if someone is serious I am sure proper arrangements can be made.

Re: 2020 Lagoon 450s For Sale - Soon
Hello All,
Its time for us to sell Our Peace, we're now headed back to the USA and return to our somewhat boring lives.
Our Peace has been amazing for us and hope its even better for the next owner. Our asking price is $725,000 with duties to be paid by seller at an estimated $12,000.
You’ll see from the attached spec list that we’re including about $30,000 in items we purchased for the boat, we’ve completed a full cycle of warranty items, we’ve fine tuned all systems on board, and are also selling some other items which will further provide you with a great savings. She's completely ready to go!
Specs are attached, pictures and videos can be found online at:
• https://www.sailboatlistings.com/view/91067
Now that we’re cruising in the Northern Bahamas I’m capable of regular communications so please feel free to email.
In addition, you may have heard that some of the older Lagoon 450’s have begun showing issues with their forward bulkheads. After a detailed review I can say that our boat appears NOT to have the same construction style, in fact it seems to be a strengthened version so our boat has become one of the ONLY FEW Lagoon 450’s on the market without this concern. I have video/pictures and a letter coming from Lagoon to stipulate what I’ve learned personally (thatL450 boats built in 2020 had an enhanced bulkhead construction style). If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to ask, you can also review this at final survey. Happy to chat.
We plan to sail Our Peace up the East Coast to Massachusetts in July, we aim to sign a contract in May and close and transfer the boat on or about August 10th.
I wish you all the best, feel free to email me with any questions.
Feel free to reach out to me at Vincent@our-peace.com
All the best,
Vinny

Vinny, is there any way I could get a copy of the video/pictures and letter from Lagoon?

Actually, the guidelines say "Price (in the advert title or main body of text)"
