I have a full list of comparable boats that have sold recently and the ACTUAL prices they have sold for and it makes sense to list my boat at those prices. At the end of the day, the market ultimately decides what something is worth...
With that said, my boat includes a TON of extras when compared to other boats that have sold so whoever buys this boat is getting an incredible deal.

This should work for fast sale but the buyer will be getting an exceptional deal

Re: 2015 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 409 (Low Hours)
UPDATE: I forgot to mention the factory warranty is still valid on this boat until late 2018.
The boat is still available and I am wondering if its because its still priced too high ($249k). Thoughts?
Another factor is that its hurricane season so how many people are buying cruisers right now?

Whoa ... it takes a long time to sell a boat
Put it on all the sites you can
Get back to the states might help
It took your dealer almost a year to get your boat sold. Don't be too desperate

It's listed on all the major sites other than those needed to be listed on by a broker. Even eBay. lol
We are back in the US (West Palm Beach) and getting ready to sail up to Annapolis. We should be there in 10 days.
We are not desperate at all. We just dont want to price the boat higher than its worth and waste time.

Re: 2015 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 409 (Low Hours)
Epic, your price is very well priced. Drop dead gorgeous. Did you run into any problems with the mainsail furling? I just don’t have any experience with such a set up and would be interested in your experiences with it.
As several have remarked...don’t get crazy with letting the price go too low. That is a wonderful boat with the price already being better than I can remember seeing on such a pristine and new boat.
