Hi everyone, my 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 38 is for sale. Grey hull with white topside.

Perfect condition with a ton of factory options (including bow thruster, self tacking jib, and spinnaker). It really is like a Paris loft on the water. Removable bulkhead is included if you prefer it installed for more privacy.

All maintenance is up to date and new bottom paint 10/14/2019

Slip at St Petersburg Marina (downtown) is also transferable to the new owner (3 year wait list for this Marina). I am selling because my job is moving me to Tennessee. If it doesn't sell i'll just take it with me.

Looks like a beauty.

I sold a previous boat with the same advertisement of transfer of marina slip--only to find out by rereading my marina contract that transfer was definitely not allowed. Have you read the fine print?

Could you tell us what the seasonal marina charges are?

Yes it’s definitely transferable. I’ve done the transfer before at this marina. The buyer could even put it in the contract if desired. They only require a new inspection. It will pass with flying colors, my boat is well known around the marina for being ridiculously well kept. I’m a bit if a perfectionist.

Forgot to answer your other question regarding rates. For out of town residents its $590 a month. If you have a residence in town it drops to $450. If you choose to live aboard the rate is $450+$175 (which means 14+ days out of the month you live onboard)

You get an additional discount of roughly 5% if you pay biannually.

Water and cable is included and electric is individually metered. I pay $25-50 a month for that depending on the season.

Overall it is really a great deal to have a floating condo right in downtown St Petersburg. I absolutely love it here.
