My partner and I will finish our one-year “sea-bbatical” this summer 2020. We have sailed more than 6000 miles so far, Maine to Key West, the Everglades through Okeechobee, now in the Bahamas having a glorious time living aboard and sailing our Legacy in all kinds of conditions.

With the end of our trip comes our living back up on the hard and working. And our boat needs a new adventurer.

I’ve just listed her on SailboatListings.com for $179,000. Lots of upgrades and improvements, many new parts. We can deliver her as part of the purchase depending on location. We’ll make it the last leg of our journey.

Hi Drmanso. We are currently anchored in Fort Lauderdale (Sunrise Bay) through this weekend and then are heading up to St Augustine, FL soon. We just listed with The Catamaran Company, but I’m not certain the listing is live, yet.

The opening blurb for the listing is as follows:

“Realize is a 2 cabin, 2 head Gemini Legacy 35. This catamaran is turn-key ready! New items include: Raymarine Axiom 9 Chartplotter and external SD card reader, settee cushions and backs (Sunbrella), battery charger, water pump, starter battery, Balmar battery monitor, Boss Bluetooth Radio, both cutless bearings and stuffing box packings, LED lights throughout, stern shower, and two Solbian flexible solar panels (wood frame mounted to be positioned anywhere on the boat).
