Going back to original could be expensive, but making her back to a sailboat could be reasonable. I found a gorgeous complete mast for $3000, add that to two new engines and it is a good start

She has never been cleaned, but in two weeks she will look quite different

I bought two cats and even though it isnt worth selling i am quickly being overloaded and
They are eating lots of money daily.
I drove to Oregon to buy two 2017 yamaha 9.9s with tilt for $7000, found a mast, new vhf, stove,depth finder, gps, stereo, hired a crew, launch is $1,500, daily storage $20.
So becareful what you wish for.
I met a lot of multihullers who lost their boats n Key West and i thought $1,000 a month rent would be more than fair as a houseboat.
I also offered her to a nonprofit for a year, restored of course, and
I also offered her to my son and sailing buddy as i dont want to sell her but how do you sail two boats at a time.
She will look like another boat in three weeks
