2005 Catalina 36 MKII, Victoria, BC, Canada

I have finally made the hard decision to part with my dream. Between my inability to convince my wife that water is really not as evil as she thinks it is and getting old and decrepit, I think someone else should enjoy this yacht.

Excellent shape, two state rooms, one head, sleeps 7 (or more if they like each other) two coats bottom paint earlier this year, just under 1300 engine hours (35 hp diesel), In Mast furling main, Recently replaced 135 offshore duty Genoa, extensive electrical upgrades including a 200A Balmar alternator with serpentine belt, external Balmar regulator, 700 AH Lithium battery system, 1800W Xantrex sinewave inverter, 120 Ah lead acid battery (replaced last year), Raymarine electronics, chart plotter, autopilot, AIS receiver, VHF radio, microwave, two separate battery monitors (one for each bank),15 kg Bruce anchor with 180 ft (approx) chain and another 100 ft (approx) rode, electric windlass, long range wifi system, stereo and more.
There is a hydronic heating system that is powered by either the engine coolant or a separate diesel heater. This system also produces hot domestic water. This is in addition to the 120V hot water heater. Shower has it's own sump and pump. Transom shower (hot/cold)
Premier 46 ft slip at end of dock for easy single handing departure and arrival could probably be taken over (subject to Marina approval).
Price includes a 310 cm RIB and a Lehr 5 hp propane outboard with less than 10 hours of run time.
Boat comes with a custom winter cover although I have never used it and have no idea what condition it is in.

Asking $135,900 Canadian or roughly 100,000 US
PM me if you have questions.
