For Sale: 1997 50' steel schooner for sale. $35K

After much internal debate, I am letting go of a dream.
I have a 50' steel schooner that I had planned to reload and sail away on. But life had other plans.
She spent several seasons cruising the Caribbean with the original owner. But I found her sitting on the hard in Ft Pierce Florida, where she still remains.
I have the welding repairs done but she still needs bottom paint. There are new saloon cushions as well.
