Sorry I forgot to add some crucial details about the boat. It has the original tanks, the decks are fiberglass...not teak and they do not leak. Asking price is $69,000. Fuel capacity I think is 400 gallons, water 200 gallons and septic I think 50 gallons. The boat is 42ft long

Jeremy, I'm having a difficult time reconciling some of the information you've posted in your ad. Great Harbour Cay Marina states on their website that moorage, monthly rate is $20.00/foot, which equals $840.00 per month for a 42 footer. Electric and water appear to be extra. I appreciate your addressing the questions I had in Post # 2, but more information would be appreciated.

Are you mooring at Great Harbour Cay Marina?

Can you confirm the amount you are paying, and does in include electricity and fresh water?

How long have you owned, and do you have maintenance records for major repairs?
How many hours on the generator?

You are correct about the dockage. I have a special situation with my dockage as I'm down at the end slips where the commercial boats dock. I have been in Great Harbour Cay for 24 years and as such have an arrangement to treat this boat as a commercial vessel rather than a private one therefore the reduced rate. I'm sure it won't be a problem to negotiate the same rate for the new owner of the vessel. To answer some off your other questions...the generator hours are 1908 and the major work I have had done on the boat was 3 years ago where I had the bottom peeled, barrier coated and 4 coats of bottom paint, Spray painted the entire exterior of the boat with Awlcraft 2000, and now refinished the salon area teak floors. Will do the rest of the floors soon. Those were the major repairs done to the boat. It has mainly been a liveaboard so it hasn't had much usage over the life of the boat.

How do you normally get from the US mainland to Great Harbor Cay? Do you fly into Nassau and then get a local hop? If so, can you give me an idea of cost of the flights? Thanks.
