1982 Stevens 47, Hull #33. Recent, quality updates throughout, as follows:

Complete bottom job completed in Grenada June 2016, hull taken down to gelcoat. Two coats of West System epoxy, 2 gallons
Interlux 2000E barrier coat. Black bottom paint.

New propane solenoid and gas sniffer.

Pro-Furl in boom furling main.

Pro-Furl genoa. Continuous furler staysail. Storm sail, track on mast. Spinnaker.
Rocna anchor, pivoting anchor bow roller, 350 feet of 3/8's BBB chain.

Extra high lifelines, from stern arch to boarding gates are double run 1" stainless steel. From boarding gates to bow
are stainless safety wire.

Swim platform.

Stainless steel stern arch with seating on each side. Dinghy nests directly underneath stern arch.

690 watts of solar, mounted on stern arch, with the largest Outback controller available.

Hard dodger, with full bimini and enclosure. Enclosure is 3 years old, and consists of both glas and bug screen, which are
totally interchangeable.

Aluminum mast steps to top of mast.

All portlights have visors to prevent most rains from entering, allowing you to leave the portlights open in most rains.
Bug screens for all portlights and hatches.

Standing rigging inspection completed June 2017, headstay replaced due to one broken wire.

All topside lighting converted to LED, solar powered motion sensor lighting topsides for security.

Winchrite electric winch grinder - 2 years old.

7" Raymarine touch screen and button operated chartplotter, 44 mile digital radar, Vesper 850 AIS with stern arch

Very nice vessel. Its clear that the owners have put a lot of time keeping her up. Can you please elaborate on on the replacing of the headstay. How did the one wire break, Age Or Error?

Good question, I don't have an answer for you. I think it would be hard to define a specific cause with one wire.

Pics of the 3rd cabin, or lovingly known as the garage. We use this cabin for storage, the full enclosure is here in the brown tube, the spinnaker is here in the blue sail bag, almost all of my tools are in the stand up locker which is full, there are our life jackets, the 30 lb bottle of Freon for the refrigeration, spears, spare blocks, mechanical fluids, dust masks, all that sort of stuff. The spare parts are in the storage cupboard at front of cabin at the top of the wall.

It is rather full, sorry for the poor pics.. there really are two full length bunks and a stand up locker, and shelving.<grin>

The 9.9 Yamaha dinghy engine died, and has now been replaced with a brand new Nissan 18 hp 2 stroke, and as yet is not broke in. Runs like a brand new engine should.

Add brand new 9 oz Dacron sails to the inventory, we are ordering them tomorrow. We have come to a purchase agreement, they should be installed within 2 to 4 weeks. This should remove any questions about sail life.

I didn't see refrigeration type. I see you have extra Freon for it.

The refrigeration system is a SeaWorks 12v motor driven cold plate system. The cold plates in the 5 cubic foot freezer and 6 cubic foot frig are huge, and do a great job.

I could not pass up getting a 30 lb. bottle of refrigerant for $100. It will last forever. Handy to have on board.
