A very tough, family safe, highly stable blue water ketch cutter rigged catamaran with years and years of life left in her. She is an excellent live aboard with a huge, beautiful teak interior and newer headliners and bulkhead finishing's. She has 2 separate double cabins + large saloon, galley and head with shower. She has shallow draft; great for Flordia and the Bahamas.
Catamarans are so much more comfortable than equivalent mon-hulls even in the roughest weather. They sail level instead of healed over which makes living and sail handling so much easier; you can cook in a gale! The bridge deck is on the same level as the cockpit - no companionway steps to negotiate. Navigation is done inside with full window view of the outside.
This boat has on-demand water heat and the refrigerator works from propane; no need to run the engine! This design has a pedigree including a Cape Horn rounding - ref: Children of Cape Horn; author Rose Swale. The single engine installation provides good maneuverability with excellent fuel economy and lower maintenance and allows huge cockpit storage in the port locker. The ketch/cutter sail plan provides huge flexibility for all weather conditions.

The boat has had only one owner who has diligently maintained this vessel including high quality Awlgrip topsides and epoxy barrier coat underwater.
