1978 31 Bombay Pilothouse Trades welcome!

Really cool coastal cruiser,located Titusville FL, US, dock rent $341US monthly, selling because kid can't go home and i have to make dinette bed every night and it's a pain point!
will consider trade for similar size and condition with 2 seperate beds.

Yanmar 3gm30f 1121 hrs serviced may 2021 recent exhaust riser , roller furling main and headsail sails in excellent condition 1 main 2 jibs and drifter. New solar, renogy 2x 100 watt, New victron smart controller, victron smart charger and victron smart battery protect.New renogy 200AH agm battery.
60 gallons water 30 fuel ½ gallon per hour @ 7mph giving a range of apx 420 mile under power.
Recent bottom (may 2021) blasted, 6 coats barrier and 3 bottom paint. New propeller 2019
6’5 head room in cabin,5’8 in head and berth.
Norcold fridge and two ice boxes 3 burner stove 1 year old magma grill. Largest head you'll ever see on a 31 with composting head. Tons of storage. Double berth, not a V berth also dinette lowers for second double.
Raymarine autopilot, garmin plotter/depth, vhf, stereo and 12 volt T/V.
22# delta 90’ 5/16 chain with apx 100 ft ¾ nylon, 33# bruce 50’ ⅜ chain and apx 200’ 1” nylon spare 25# plow. Manual winch. 8’ walker bay with sail kit on davits.
Not a project boat or crapped out liveaboard! A perfect boat for a single or young couple. Easily single handed and Ready to go, needs only water and fuel to head to bahamas or keys.
15,000US as of any boat it has some things wanting done but to-do list is very small!
