1973 Cal 35 Pilothouse - Nice Roomy Cruiser

Boat located in Florida, Palm Coast
Cal 35 Pilothouse, Roomy & Comfortable for up to 5 people. Forward cabin is totally separated from the main salon and a large oil-skin locker isolates the quarter berth.
Main Salon sleeps 2, comfortable dinette. Nine Windows bring in lots of natural light and views. Burmese Teak Interior. Built in Shower with pressure Water.
Shoal draft. Have undergone a bit of refit. Sound Hull and deck with internal lead ballast 5,000lbs. Nice Cruiser capable with a bit of TLC & new engine.
Hull in excellent condition. Main Sails/Extra sail. Make an offer! Will consider all offers! Also, selling long shaft 15hp motor for $1200.
