Beautiful classic Chesapeake Bay cruising boat. $12,500. Rappahannock River near Kilmarnock, Virginia. Full keel with shallow draft 3'-3". Sails well with just keel, even better upwind with centerboard down 7'-9". Perkins 28hp diesel. Engine hours unknown, but runs fine. Garmin 546s chartplotter/depth sounder. Raymarine wheel pilot. Roller-furling genoa, boom roller-reefing main and small mizzen all in good/excellent condition. Good headroom. Sleeps five (realistically two comfortably): V-berth, dinette/double berth, quarter berth. Enclosed marine head. Lots of storage. Can be single handed.
