Leopard 40: Oven removal

Planning to remove my original factory propane oven. Any issues anyone has had doing so?

Replacing with a 14 in 1 electric oven and 2 burner invection cooktop.

Just to be sure to disconnect and plug the left over propane connection in the tank compartment, not at the stove, if you are not removing the entire system. Happy cooking.
