Moorings Charter Program

We bought a boat, as 3rd owner, that was initially owned by Moorings (not owned by a 3rd party). It was in great shape and we are very happy with it.

I believe the 2nd owner did a lot of work on it: stainless steel keel bolts, dodger, bimini, dinghy davits, congressional approval for U.S. coast-wise trade.

When financing it is recommended to do 12 years - 15 years max or you will most likely end being upside down financially after 5 years.

i am thinking about purchasing a 44 sunsail. The cat in abacos is less costly than the one they have in tortola. What are your feelings about this program? Are you the only one that can read this message? If so I will share more info about financing etc.
