Re: Leopard Owners Group

I'm hoping the leopard group is still in existence. I have a 454 in BVI which comes out of charter in August this month and have a hundred questions.
thanks,
jim

Re: Leopard Owners Group

I am still here. Cruisers forum sends an email when a thread is reactivated. I spent another year and a half sailing our 2000 L45b since I last posted here, and subsequently sold the boat in 2016. So, been awhile since I've been on the water, but I still stay very much up to date since we expect to get back "out there" in Fall of 2026. I will give opinions on areas I am confident in and will not on areas I am not.

Bottom "pitting"

Decided to do a complete bottom job on our 06 L40...first time taking it all the way down. When taking the old layers of paint off, there was what looked like golf ball dimple pitting in the fiberglass (see picture).

Has anyone experienced this? Can it be sanded off and primed?

Appreciate inputs.

Re: Leopard Owners Group

Lee;

Thank you for taking the initiative to start the Leopard Owners Group. It has already help me with issue surrounding our new purchase of a 2020 43PC.

I was searching the group, however, I couldn’t find relative information on fixing my aft salon door. It locked and is jammed.

Thank you again, we deeply appreciate your commitment to our group.
