Chain size

I have a 99'Leopard 38' with chain that measures 10mm (.393"). I had thought it had 5/16" chain, but 10 mm converts to 3/8" it seems. Does this sound correct as I would like to order a chain attacher for the bridle from Manta and need to specify whether 5/16 or 3/8.

Re: Chain size

Well, if it measures 10mm, then it is nominally close to 3/8". 10mm is a common size for your boat.

Re: Chain size

Pretty much what I figure too so I am going with 3/8". Thanks for reply.
