I love my
Leopard 44, (4 cabin), but it has a deep dark secret.
To cram 4 heads, and 4 cabins in a 42 ft
hull they made some compromises on comfort.
Namely the #$#&%$#& doors.
Every
Head, and
cabin there are TWO inward doors. getting anywhere on the
boat is like tag wrestling a halibut. Not only are the doors in the way just to use the
head, but they ALL seem to open the WRONG way.
Then I toured the NEW
Leopard.
Apparently I'm not the only one who complained because all of the doors have been replaced with sliding (pocket) doors.
My question is, would it bee too hard, or expensive to change them out.
My next option (at my wife's insistence would be to rip them all off of their hinges, and replace with curtains.
