Beaching Leopard 45????

Friend of ours has a Leopard 45 and wants to beach his cat to do some maintenance work on the hull.
Does anyone have any experience doing this with a Leopard?
Are the keels strong enough to carry the weight?
Thanks for your input

Re: Beaching Leopard 45????

I suspect they don't balance very well on their keels. I was in the yard in the BVI surrounded by Moorings cats. The old Leopards were much more heavily chocked than the newer models.
