Sailing from Le Havre to Paris

I've been doing some research into sailing the Seine from Le Havre to Paris, and every reference I find to such a journey begins with unstepping the mast and going under power. It seems to be an assumption that no one would actually sail the route. So, my question is, can you get from Le Havre to Paris under sail? I realise that there are bridges, but if you can lower and raise your mast yourself at the bridges, and time your tides correctly, and have the right wind, and use the engine when you need it, would it not be possible to go from Le Havre to Paris under sail?
