Looking for a boat yard / marina

I need more time to refit my sailboat, and can go anywhere on the east or gulf coasts...so, I am a DIY'er & on a budget & this is what I am looking for:

where the yard is reasonably priced & a nice place to work in

where the staff is knowledgeable & very friendly

where there's a reasonably priced skilled labor pool, in case I need help, which I will need help

a yard adjacent to a reasonably priced marina, no more that $10 per ft.

has good internet to use on board...?

Re: Looking for a boat yard / marina

I've been at this marina for over 30 years. John Little is the operator and is super great:
Flag Harbor Yacht Haven - on the Bay in Calvert County
