how to read corp of engineers data

I want to get into the Suwannee River in North West Fla from the Gulf but need some help understanding the depths and knowing if it is possible in my boat with a 34 inch draft.
I searched the forums and only found one discussion from 2012, but it did not have any info on the inlet channel depth or even which route to take the river inlet or McGriff Pass. the chart data fro the Corp of Engineers survey of march 2017 has terminology I do not understand.

I think the quarter-width is pretty much what it sounds like, and that whoever completed the report neglected to update that header text in cases where widths were instead given in thirds. If you look at the report for the Alafia River the intended meaning is much more obvious: the column there is subdivided into "left outside quarter", "left inside quarter", etc.
