Bay of Naples Cruise

I am chartering from Sunsail out of Procida the 3rd week of May this year. It's just my wife and I on a 40' sailboat. I have my USCG 6-pack license and my NJ Safe Boating Card so I assume I meet the document requirements, I haven't heard otherwise from Sunsail. I have a few questions.

1. How easy is it to provision on our own? Limited options from Sunsail. Are grocery and liquor stores close to he harbors? Do you have to trek up he steep slopes?

2. We are here for one week during a four week tour of Italy. Are the winds in May similar to what I see discussed for summer? 10 to 15 kts. WNW?

3. Itinerary - time to swing by the Amalfi coast a bit beyond Positano or should I stick to the islands?
