What Is The Weather Like on The West Coast of Florida during spring

Hi, I am thinking of sailing the west coast of Florida this spring and was wondering if anybody knew how the weather was there during this time of the year. I am thinking of going between the beg of march till the end of June. Any input would be very helpful. Thank you.

I've lived up and down the west coast of Florida for decades. It will start out nice and then get hot. I know that sounds like I'm saying it in jest but really that's the reality. Did you have in mind something more specific?

Edited: Come to think of it, the citydata website has good historical weather data.

Weather is great here during the spring, quite hot sometimes, but not like summer yet. You'll get less afternoon storms. Right now it's 75F daily. I'd say get down here early!

Summer storms are more about heavy rain than wind. They do not last long. You basically go from sunny and hot to rain and lightning to sunny and hot again in a couple hours, usually around 3-4pm.
