As a weak El Niņo is getting more and more likely I was wondering if some of you have experience and knowledge on how this really can effect the South Pacific
during the month may to December and what will be the changes we can experience?
For the background we will starting sailing in may from Tahiti
and most likely NZ in the end.
Nice quote: Don Radcliffe summed it up brilliantly I went across the South Pacific
twice--once in an El Nino year. I had too much wind
, too little wind
, just right wind, rain, sunny days, wind the wrong direction, cyclone threats--both times. I had a fantastic trip--both times!
