Re: Climate change may be driving increases in many ocean current speeds

Yes it is Gord. It’s the only section of Breakwall running the entire length of the city you’re not welcome in which is Law one broken. I’ve beached Dinghy just west of them on a nice sandy cove once spring debris clear. One year suddenly the beach got smaller and a new black fenced in area appeared west. Two park benches had been moved now crowding others. My beach now had a fence down to and into the water. The added pins on the wall. Law 2 broken
Then extended slips East outside their lease area. Law 3.
Probably explains why i pass through ploughing playing loud tunes in my Dinghy

If you’re anchored off Hanlans just west of the club is a great beach. Across the brightly painted walking bridge over Queensway/ Gardener and you have a no frills a liquor store short walk. I slightly longer walk is a Dominion store with yummy steaks. You can go up the Humber river tie up near any of the seven bridges and big shopping centre but there is construction on the bridges this summer. I think the small pocket cruisers on up the Humber are trapped for the season. And the UofT Dragon Boats and Mississauga Natives War Canoes.
