Azores- Fall weather to Madeira

I have the Atlantic Pilot charts but would appreciate any knowledge of general weather Sept - Oct --Nov for this route . Boat is 42 performance boat from 70's.
(S & S design- not lightly made with short handed, experienced crew)

We have done the trip twice in early September. It is a straight forward passage. You might have to wait for a weather window depending on how the lows and fronts are tracking and the position of the Azores High.
