Have you had problems with the common
mercury tilt switches to control your
bilge pumps? I've been thru lots of them, until I found this! I've used this product now for 10 years. Never had a failure. I have 3 - one for the main
bilge, and one in each
shower bilge. It's not just the float switch that's unique, but the controller.
It's programmable. So, for example, if you can't put the float at the bottom of the bilge, you can tell it to start the
pump and run for X time after the level has dropped, so you still empty the bilge!
How about knowing how many times it switched on while you were away from the
boat - it tells you! High
water, low
water, separate alarms, whatever you want.
