Crewwatcher, is from Weems & Plath in Maryland.
$69 for two beacons on Ebay. A bit more at West Marine.
Onboard cell phone app emits an alarm when one of the beacons hit salt water, saves the GPS position and gives a heading to return to the MOB.
Cell service not required.

Other companies have developed similar gadgets; if you are interested, see e.g. https://www.acrartex.com/products/ac...-crew-tracker/
(No affiliation, just a customer).
They also developed a shutoff device in case user falls overboard.
