Re: BRUNTONS PROPELLERS GIVEAWAY- ends Sept 9, 2019

https://www.bruntonspropellers.com/autoprop-ecostar

I have owned an autoprop for the last 13 years on my Elan 434 and it has possibly been the best investment I have made. It responds immediately to forward and reverse, has almost zero prop walk and has been easy to maintain. barnacles won't block the auto pitch adjustment (but will decrease the effectiveness) the anode is easy to replace, and greasing the flukes is only requires a simple grease gun.

I would like to try the autoprop ecostar! I can't believe it could be better than the original autoprop, but I want to find out!

I hadn't even heard of the Sigmadrive, but now I see one it looks like a great idea!

What a great idea! I’m interested in the AutoProp (https://www.bruntonspropellers.com/autoprop) to improve efficiency for upcoming cruising seasons!

I welcome the better efficiency when motoring with autoprop, but as a cruising yachtsman I particularly welcome saving half a knot when sailing.

Would like to change out our MaxProp to something more efficient like the Autoprop Ecostar.

Re: BRUNTONS PROPELLERS GIVEAWAY- ends Sept 9, 2019

Dear Sirs;
Thank you for the opportunity to register for your Brunton’s Giveaway. Our non-profit medical mission organization is rebuilding a steel Bruce Roberts ‘Offsore 44’, from a bare hull to an elegant blue water yacht. At this moment we are completing the Alexseal coatings and fitting her with a new Beta Marine 75 Diesel. It would indeed be an honor to equip this vessel and mission team with a 20-22” folding Varifiold propeller. It would be an additional legacy to those that follow our medical mission journeys “Into the Regions Beyond”. https://www.bruntonspropellers.com/varifold
Respectfully submitted

My 1980 Ericson 35-2 has the original coupling which at this point may actually be more rust than iron. This is exactly the upgrade I need!

Thanks

Less drag when sailing, more oomph/mpg when forced to motor. What’s not to like!

I have the perfect space for one of these, can't think of a better-engineered product out there for the application:

Met Dr. Sampson at the Annapolis spring show and reviewed the Autoprop. Was just at the HR Open Yard and saw the demo tank, now totally convinced.

Say no more. My Nonsuch 30 needs a pitch adjusting prop that reverses with the same physics as forward.

May need the sigma coupling to go with it.

I’ve used Bruntons props for years. Good customer service and a good product. An upgrade to one of these would be awesome

Re: BRUNTONS PROPELLERS GIVEAWAY- ends Sept 9, 2019

I would really like to replace my fixed prop with a Brunton's Autoprop because it should improve thrust and help eliminate excessive prop walk going astern.
