Unlike most 'dock queen' examples of this class of
boat, Allidoro has EXTENSIVE
offshore experience and every issue and tweek has been adjusted to make her an ideal shorthanded
offshore cruising
boat. Ready to commission and sail now, located in beautiful cruising grounds, just waiting for you!
'Allidoro' was purchased from our brokerage by the
current owners in 2007, and has been extensively cruised with always excellent
maintenance and upgrading to improve her performance as a voyaging vessel and to correct every minor flaw in her design or build, making her perhaps one of the safest and strongest Hans Christian Christina's on the market today, or anywhere in the world. In 2013 , in response to the typical
mast compression issue experienced by many of this sort of vessel - rather than just loosing the
rigging and 'shimming things up' they had the entire
interior of the main and forward cabins removed so that new floors and stringers could be installed in solid mahogany, and fiber-glassed in place with
epoxy, completely upgrading the structure of the boat to a stiffness and strength few other
fiberglass vessels can rely on, and at this time many other choice upgrades were made as well such as additional
inspection ports in
fuel tanks, and more. We have extensive write-up and detail on all the works and inventory of this boat which we are happy to share, as well as many dozens more photos of all her details.
The only model of Hans Christian with a Transom they enjoy a larger
cockpit, excellent
storage and great sailing performance. She is ready to go sail anywhere, today.
