Wire Gauge for Air Conditioning Install
I'm installing a 120 volt 10K BTU air conditioner. About 15ft run. What's the proper wire gauge?

Use #12 even though #14 will do 15 amps up to 75 if I remember correctly.

Your 10,000 BTU A/C will draw about 10-12 amps AC. 14 gauge will be fine. Use a 15 amp breaker to protect that circuit.
