Wind & Solar Mounting

Hey gang!
I'm looking into ways to mount solar and wind together on one pole. something like this:

but this is the only set up I can find like this. That pole looks huge and heavy to have on it's own. Anyone seen a set up like this? Or have any ideas? Would this have to be self-designed or bought prefab?
