What Happened to Yachtgard?

In preparation for converting my interior lighting to LED, I've come acroos a number of sources that say you need to protect the units from surges. Since I have lots of sources for such surges on my boat I was looking for a 12V DC surge supressor. A number of articles have indicated that yachtgard makes such a device. The problem is their web site appears to be gone. Does anyone know if they have become a victim of the recession or if they've been bought out and are now available under another name?

Thjat's the product, but that is just an article. The web site doesn't work and I can't find any information about the parent company in bay St Louis, and it doesn't show up in google searches.

601-606-8500 is their #. I called but they say they no longer carry it. I should have ask where it could be found, but failed to think fast.
