My Victron Phoenix 12/375 inverter
stopped outputting power and has both green and red LED lights
on at all times. turned it on and off multiple times to no avail.
There's 12.4 -12.1 coming from the battery
, via a 30 amp fuse on the incoming +.
There's the same voltage reading between earth and +, and between + & minus on the incoming ports
. No voltage bewteen minus and earth.
There were no changes to wiring
, load or to usage pattern. very light load when it stopped working - a tablet and a phone charging
The device is less than two years old, installed by the chart table in dry and well ventilated area, and worked well so far.
I read a lot of threads of people having their VIctron die on them relatively quickly.
Is there something I can try other than ship it out for repair
