TS controller fault

Found my stored boat with low batteries. The TS MPPT 60, solar controller was not working.

I hooked up my laptop and found a RTS fault. (Remote Temperature Sensor ).

I disconnected the RTS wires and shut down both input and output. When I power it back up, I still get the red flashing, solid yellow and green flashing lights and no output.

I switched off and then on, the input and output a few times, trying solar first and battery first with no difference. I also held the button in for 20 seconds but nothing changes.

Am I missing something or is it toast.
