Sterling Inverter Issue

I have a Sterling Pro Combi S 2500 watt inverter/charger. After a brief period away for the boat I returned to find my inverter showing an overload fault signal. Sterling offers no TA in the US. Their UK office said I needed a new board on the inverter side but neither Sterling's UK or the US offices have come up with one to date.

1. Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve/repair the inverter?

1. Does anyone know if ProMariner inverter parts fit this Sterling inverter? Their TA staff appeared unaware that there was co-development with Sterling on some their early products.
