Sterling charger cutting out

Hi

I have a sterling dual voltage 50amp charger onboard, all was working well until it started suddenly after around 1 minute charging, dropping out. Red led saying constant current stays on so unit is still live.

It does not drop out when reaching any particular voltage, it has done so at various points, both on shore power and generator. It used to work fine on both.

Before stripping it out and sending to sterling, has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks in advance

Charlie.

Have you called Mark at Sterling-USA? He is extremely helpful and technically competent.
