I have twin Yanmar 3YM30's on my sailing catamaran. I spoke with a local Yanmar Rep and they recommend a group 27 with at least 650 CCA.

I am looking to change my start batteries to AGM's. Has anybody had experience with the Optima 34M start battery?? It is in the group 34 category, and weighs only 38 lbs, 800 CCA.

Regards, Marshall
