Good solar panels can be found here--http://sunelec.com/-- Sun Elec brand are the best price.

I particularly like the two panels mounted on the dinghy.
Great photo!

martinini - i just bought one of the sun electric 130 watt panels ($257 or $1.98 a watt) it is monocrystalline panel and sun said they are warrantied for 20 years, even for marine use. i also got the morning star ps-15m charge controller (~$140). i got everything in the boat wired up and today i am going to pickup my stern rail that has a mount for the solar panel being fabricated (~ $400, 20+ feet of stainless tubing ouch) and install everything, can you tell im excited.

anyways i was really going back and forth before betweening going solar or wind first. i had a mount for an air x but would have needed a new turbine (~$800), when i realized i could go solar for the same price it was a no brainer. anyways once i get that panel going i will let you know what kind of juice it pumps.
