You ever come down this way we could meet and I will give it to you over coffee or something. Ups wants 22 bucks to ship it from me to you.
It's stupid. Expensive. So I would have to suggest you get a p30l instead of the controller you linked to.

If you send it UPS there will be a broker and associated fees on the receiving end.

Send it through the post. No broker needed.
