shore power charger as isolation transformer

Hi,

I am looking at wiring a boat AC using an inverter and connect the shore power cable only to a battery charger. This can avoid galvanic corrosion if the charger case is not connected to both shore side and DC grounding. However this is not recommended by ABYC unless the charger has an internal shield that can carry the full current in case of a short circuit.

Do such chargers (with internal shield) exist?

Thank you
